Motivation Climate and Achievement Study
As part of a Doctoral program, Coach Becky Trenz is performing a study titled:
Competitive Swimmers’ Interpretation of Motivational
Climate and Achievement Goals

This summer Coach Becky Trenz from the Newburgh Sharks is conducting a research study
that looks at what swimmers think about their coach and their team and how
this is related to the types of goals they adopt, their performances,
persistence, and satisfaction in swimming. This research study is
open to any swimmer in Metro who is at least 12 years old.
Swimmers who participate will receive a Speedo poster.
